About Peter: Having been a litigation solicitor since 1986, Peter has dealt with most types of cases including industrial espionage, derivatives trading, personal injury, professional negligence, defamation as well as disputes over partnerships, the ownership of property, contested wills and trusts, including failure to make "reasonable provision." He has extensive experience of preparing for and taking cases to trial but believes that a collaborative approach with his opponent, possibly involving a mediation, is usually (but not always) more likely to be in the best interests of the client.
